Processing your application will take 24-48 hours.
All applicants will go through a full credit check, background check, criminal check, and eviction history check.

Security Deposits

Once you are approved by the owner to rent the home, a lease will be signed. Typical leases are atleast 12 months in length. Most likely, a one month's equivalent in rent will be expected for the security deposit. Before the home can be taken off of the market on a new tenant's behalf, a security deposit must be received to hold the home prior to lease signing.
